Deleting Header and Footer from other pages of the Word Document: Removing Header and Footer from the first page is an easy task. You can remove watermark in Word on Mac or PC with ease here. Not cool to have to do all that work over again-about 10-12 hours of re-formatting. I used the VBA Macro as well (in a copy of the document, as a trial.) The only way that worked was after clearing ALL the formatting in the entire book. Most breaks I was able to delete using your directions for Find/Replace, but STILL- seven breaks remained that were hidden. Thank you, thank you! I'm editing a book for an author (300 pages) and couldn't get rid of the 27 section breaks, even after following advice from online MS experts.
